Hello July!

A new month always brings me a sense of hope and invigoration: things to look forward to, and goals to meet. Having said this, here are some resolutions I am setting for this new month:

1) efficient and consistent studying: exams are drawing ever so near!!
2) regular workouts throughout the week: I need to stop ignoring exercise! Daily (or at least alternating day) trips to the gym will serve as nice breaks from studying too. Also a good time to start Max Capacity training.
3) healthier snacking: I eat the worst crap whenever I'm studying. This month, I'll aim to munch on carrot sticks, limited nuts, and fruits to keep my brain supplied with glucose.
4) timely responses to emails from close friends: I have a bad habit of "dwelling" on what to say in my responses that I soon forget to reply in the first place!
5) regular blogging: I need to empty this mind of lingering thoughts and ruminations so that I can have a clear head for studying!
6) happiness above all else: easier said than done. Requires a narrow focus, but I think I've neglected myself long enough.
